Yoga

 

Yoga is gentle, non-competitive and all inclusive.

All the traditional elements of yoga are taught in a playful and fun way!

The benefits of yoga for children are numerous and include:

  • A calmer mind and relaxed body

  • Exploration of creativity and imagination

  • Classes involve, breathing techniques, yoga pose sequences, eye exercises, relaxation, storytelling and yoga games.
